The described water purification device works under the pressure of tap water and uses various levels of filtration and demineralization to produce high quality purified water. The purification process begins with a 5 µm pre-filter that filters out sediment and then goes through an activated carbon filtration stage. Demineralization is performed on a mixed ion exchange resin to obtain spectrophotometrically clean water.

The system operates automatically and unattended and is equipped with a feedwater booster pump to ensure proper pressure. The water entry point has a second purity class (ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI) with a minimum nozzle reach of 2 m and is equipped with a pressure tank. The system is also equipped with a 10 dm3 pressure storage tank, which can be replaced with a larger one if necessary.

In addition, the device has the possibility to install an additional water tapping point for general purpose water (third class (ISO 3696:1999)) and automatically shuts off when the tank is full. It can be optionally connected to an autoclave, washing machine, etc. and maintenance procedures are easy to perform by the user, such as the replacement of expendable components.

The device is designed to be powered by cold water (5-40°C) and its power consumption is less than 70W. Installation of the device is optional and is the responsibility of the user. The dimensions of the device are 235x470x570 mm, while the 60-liter tank has a height of 390 mm and a diameter of 250 mm.
