Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
All orders over €100 will have postage paid, using the means of transport chosen by HRS Analitica to the delivery address previously indicated within Spain or the Balearic Islands. For orders to the Canary Islands, contact us before placing your order. order to the following email analitica@hrsanalitica.com.
For orders less than €100, €10 postage must be paid on invoice. Shipments will be subject to the service conditions set by the transport company used. As a general rule, these companies consider the goods delivered on the ground floor of the recipient's address.
