At HRS Analítica, we ship scientific instrumentation, consumables, and laboratory equipment to Spain and major Latin American countries—including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Panama.
We work with specialized logistics providers to ensure the safe transport of technical products and laboratory materials, including equipment requiring special transport conditions (ADR/IATA) where applicable.

Customs and import handling
For orders destined outside Spain, we operate under FCA (Free Carrier) delivery terms—the standard Incoterm for B2B international trade. Delivery terms (FCA – Free Carrier, Spain): Goods are delivered on an FCA basis from our facilities in Spain.
This means HRS Analítica handles export clearance in Spain before handing the goods over to the carrier designated by the customer.
From that point on, the customer is responsible for arranging and contracting the main transport, as well as managing import clearance and relevant customs procedures in the destination country.
What does this mean for the customer?
* The customer arranges and contracts the main transport (shipping line, freight forwarder, courier, etc.).
* HRS Analítica handles export clearance from Spain, avoiding delays caused by carriers not authorized to process it.
* The customer manages import clearance and tariffs in the destination country. Important Information
