This reverse osmosis and microfiltration water purification system is fed by tap water and has a purification process that includes a 5µm sediment pre-filter, module A (sediment-carbon-softening), reverse osmosis, double demineralization in one Mixed ion exchange resin and 0.45/0.2μm microfiltration capsule. With a minimum efficiency of 20-22 dm3/h and a demineralized water conductivity of less than 0.06 μS/cm, the system has two independent water intakes: one of second purity class (ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI ) and another of first purity class (ISO 3696:1999, EP). The obtained water can be used for instrumental analysis AAS, ICP/MS, IC, HPLC, GC, bacteria cultures and biochemical analysis. Furthermore, the system is equipped with a 10 dm3 pressure accumulator and can be supplied with cold water at 5-40ºC. Power is 230V/50Hz.
